Site Checklist

Introduction to practice manager
- We went and introduced ourselves to Olivia Ross and explained who we were and what we would be doing for the 3 days we would be there
Address any practice manager concerns
- We asked Olivia if they had any concerns and then went for a walk around the practice to look at what they were
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
Check all doorstops are functional
- Found the doorstop in Ultra Sound 3 was missing so replaced it with a new floor mounted doorstop
Inspect walls for damage
- Holes, dents & scuffs on walls. Same with doors and doorframes
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning
- Replaced broken ceiling tile in ceiling outside the staff lunchroom

It was brought to our attention on the last day by Jan from the MRI unit that in the long corridors with the lighting she could see were we had patched and painted so it was decided to repaint those areas corner to corner again which fixed the problem		Actioned
