Site Checklist

Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
- Discuss 5 am entry. I was given a key and the code to turn off the alarm.
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
Check all doorstops are functional
Inspect walls for damage
- Repaint as many of the wear & tear marks on walls as we possibly can in the two day timeframe allocated for this practice
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning

This practice had more work than the two days that we were allocated The four ultrasound rooms didn’t get painted because they were a different colour than the rest of the practice and couldn’t be touched up. No doors were done in this attendance as these are an off-white colour and realistically all need painting to assist modernise the practice.		Actioned
