Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
- Discuss early a.m. starts was given a security key to get us in the back door car park entrance
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
- Unisex toilet door next to ultrasound room off its hinges and leaning against wall hospital maintenance taking care of this Special type of new hinge needed.
Check all doorstops are functional
Inspect walls for damage
- A lot of damage to all walls in this hospital practice it has three different colours on walls i.e. new reception walls lexicon half ultrasound rooms and old area is a cream colour and another colour which is unidentified in the PET this colour looks like it is lexicon half but is not
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Dirty ceiling tiles in old part of Queensland x-ray.
Check all lights are functioning

We found this particular practice very difficult to repaint. Is it in three separate areas with three different colours? There was not enough time in this routine to finish this practice to our normal standard.		Actioned
