PATCH AND PAINT TASKS

• Introduction to practice manager
• Address any practice manager concerns
  • Jill mentioned she would like the COVID-19 stickers removed from reception floor which was done
• Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • The perimeter of the building in very nice order has been pressure washed recently. considerably better in appearance than last year
• Inspect signage for damage
• Inspect any allocated car parks
• Check for fire system that may require isolation
• Check floor coverings for damage
  • Remove COVID-19 stickers and other tape
• Check all doors for correct operation
  • Refix deadbolt to architrave in ultrasound room two
• Check all doorstops are functional
• Inspect walls for damage
  • Plaster and repaint walls where necessary
• Check over joinery units for damage
• Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
• Check splash backs for water damage
• Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
• Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
• Check for damaged ceiling tiles
• Check all lights are functioning
