Apartment refurbishment
This project was delivered with great success in a fully operational unit complex avoiding peak periods to keep all building occupiers and managers happy.
This refurbishment involved a complete strip out and comprehensive design work to create the final product. There were initial problems with water ingress which were rectified and alterations to plumbing and electrical services were made to ensure suitability for the new layout. Brand new floor coverings including tiles were laid and the apartment was entirely repainted. New walls and gyprock ceilings were installed to complement the new layout and the kitchen, bathroom, and ensuite were updated to complete the refurbishment.
