Property refurbishment prior to leasing
This project involved concrete repairs, resealing of all tilt panel joints, replacement of transparent roof sheets, and the rectification of a stormwater issue at the rear of the property. While all of these repairs were taking place, a severe structural defect was found leading the requirement of an engineer’s assessment. To amend the defect, large structural steel members were installed in the ceiling to support the suspended slab. The first floor offices were then stripped out, the suspended slab was re-levelled, and new floors were supplied and installed. Additionally, the building’s facade and internal partitions were repainted.
