1	Most of allocated time was spent plastering and painting on this practice as it was very worn. Didn’t replace water stained or damaged ceiling tiles as they weren’t that bad possibly nine tiles could be replaced next time in maintenance also would recommend wall protection in backdoor entrance linen room where trolleys are knocking gyprock also wall protection behind all rubbish bins as they are damaging the paint sometimes on the same day it was repaired and painted		Actioned Required
