Introduction to practice manager
- Introduced ourselves two days before start Date to discuss work plan

Address any practice manager concerns
- Jacqueline had no concerns but we did discuss about starting early mornings to avoid more disruption of practice
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation

Check floor coverings for damage
- Epoxy floor coatings peeling and cracked in some areas
- Check all doors for correct operation
- Check all doorstops are functional

Inspect walls for damage
- Marks and lots of damage to painted walls
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Ceiling tiles seem good cracks to gyprock ceiling in three places
- Check all lights are functioning

| A fourth day was needed to complete this practice as it has a lot more work than could be achieved in the allocated 3 days. All walls are 2.7 m high , there were ceilings that need filling and repainting, wooden skirtings throughout the practice , all doors , frames and skirtings needed prep work and painting | Actioned | |
