Address any practice manager concerns
- Emily did have some concerns that needed some attention. These are all fixed while we were there.
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation

Check all doorstops are functional
- One doorstop in office did need re-anchoring to the floor.

Inspect walls for damage
- Most of walls throughout practice needed repainting.
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Replace one dirty tile around air-conditioning vent in corridor.
- Check all lights are functioning
