- Introduced ourselves and discussed the work plan

- We were asked if we could do as much work as possible out of hours to minimise disruption to clients
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation

Check all doorstops are functional
- Replaced 3 floor mounted door stops to Ultra Sound rooms 1 , 2 & 3

Inspect walls for damage
- There were a lot of scuffs, dents and some small holes in the walls
- Check over joinery units for damage

Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- The water has been turned off in the vanity in the staff toilet, an out of order sign has been placed on it, requires a plumber
- Check splash backs for water damage

Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Silicone damaged in staff toilet under soap dispenser and hand towel unit, needs to be replaced
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Multiple ceiling tiles & missing T bars need replaced

Check all lights are functioning
- Corridor lights showing slight yellowing, all work
