- She mentioned reception area can get very busy and has asked if we could do after hours before 8 am
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation
- Check all doorstops are functional

Inspect walls for damage
- All the usual wear and tear marks on corners and storage areas
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks

Check splash backs for water damage
- Lunchroom benchtop severely water damage will need replacing and one restroom will require new silicon around top of hand basin
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Yes some damage ceiling tiles will need replacing
- Check all lights are functioning
