Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
- A very large meeting was in progress on the day We were scheduled to paint so slight delay was incurred before we could get into the rooms
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
Check all doorstops are functional
Inspect walls for damage
- Repaint walls where needed, large dark feature wall.
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning
