PATCH AND PAINT TASKS
- Introduction to practice manager
- Address any practice manager concerns
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation

- 4 small holes in EOS room to be filled with silicone
- Tape on reception floor will be removed and cleaned

Check all doors for correct operation
- 2 ultrasound room doors found to have loose hardware
- X Ray room 2 door is bining and needs to be planed down and re painted

Check all doorstops are functional
- Magnetic door stops require lubrication

Inspect walls for damage
- Hallway to CT/EOS needs a full repaint to one side
- All changerooms require one coat
- Common hallways require general touchups
- Old fixing holes in multiple rooms will be patched and painted
- High level hole in x ray room, will patch
- Check over joinery units for damage

Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- 1 trap found to be loose and re tightened

Check splash backs for water damage
- Some splash backs are starting to swell at bottom form moisture

Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Silicone to some basins requires re doing
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- All in reasonably good condition one section of grid in bed bay needs attention and an additional T bar beside a return air grille

Check all lights are functioning
- 6x Lights in EOS are badly yellowed
- 4x Lights in lunchroom are badly yellowed
- Some other lights are showing signs of starting to yellow
