- Double Doors leading into ultrasound 1. 2 and 3 very badly damaged due to beds damaging them

Check all doorstops are functional
- Add one door stop to ultrasound room 3

Inspect walls for damage
- Repaint damage walls
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
- Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Check all lights are functioning
