PATCH AND PAINT TASKS

  • Introduction to practice manager
    • Meet Kylie and discussed getting access in early morning
  • Address any practice manager concerns
    • We were made aware of large holes caused by trolleys and an ultrasound machine wall protection was recommended for these areas
  • Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • Inspect signage for damage
  • Inspect any allocated car parks
  • Check for fire system that may require isolation
  • Check floor coverings for damage
  • Check all doors for correct operation
  • Check all doorstops are functional
  • Inspect walls for damage
    • All the usual scrap dents and marks a lot of repainting needed
  • Check over joinery units for damage
  • Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
  • Check splash backs for water damage
  • Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
  • Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
  • Check for damaged ceiling tiles
    • Three ceiling tiles were very dirty with marks. Will try and clean off if not replace.
  • Check all lights are functioning
