Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
Check all doorstops are functional
- One doorstop had punched hole through wall so we installed wall protection in that area
Inspect walls for damage
- Usual wear and tear repaint or touch up most walls
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning

it was noticed feature wall murals were peeling or shrinking in the corners these were stuck down but did show signs of damage (shrinkage)		Actioned
