Introduction to practice manager
- Introduce ourselves to Amy day before work started made sure security pass worked for the early a.m. starts and she did show us a few concerned. She had i.e. ceiling tile stains which were replaced the next day.
- Address any practice manager concerns
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation
- Check all doorstops are functional
- Inspect walls for damage
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Replace three discoloured water stain ceiling tiles
- Check all lights are functioning
