Site Checklist

Introduction to practice manager
- Introduced ourselves to Amber the day before and discussed our scope of work and time frame, also asked if she had any concerns
Address any practice manager concerns
- Amber had no major concerns except for 4 large holes in the wall above the cleaners sink in the cleaners cupboard
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
Check all doorstops are functional
- 2 doorstops that were connected to the wall in 2 of the level 2 toilets had come loose
Inspect walls for damage
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- There were a lot of water damaged and moldy ceiling tiles throughout the practice
Check all lights are functioning

This practice is in good clean order internally possibly exterior of building and signage could do with power washing to remove black grime		Actioned
