Address any practice manager concerns

Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation

Inspect walls for damage
- The usual wear and tear on all walls doors and architraves
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning

We have installed wall protection in ultrasounds rooms three and four and various corner mouldings in corridors where lots of damage was occurring. Also added a wooden shelf on top of half wall in recovery room that was being used as a shelf.		Actioned
