- Kirsten was a bit concerned about the laundry trolley coming in and out every day knocking the corridor corners so I suggested we put corner protection on six of those corners which she was happy with

- Exterior car parks all good Although the exterior white steel columns coming in the main pedestrian entrance the paint is all peeling off needs maintenance. Landlord?
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation

Check all doorstops are functional
- Install one doorstop in unisex toilet and repair hole in wall.

Inspect walls for damage
- Lots of damage repair and repaint.
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- Replace sagging ceiling tile in CT X-ray room.
- Check all lights are functioning

| This practice is in very good condition we’re recent alterations have taken place but in the centre part ie two x-ray rooms , control rooms and corridor is the old colour (antique white).
