PATCH AND PAINT TASKS

  • Introduction to practice manager
    • Went to the practice and introduced ourselves to Steven and explained our scope of work and time frame
  • Address any practice manager concerns
    • Stephen did request us to hang various pictures, fire documentation holders pin boards etc on walls which was done
  • Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • Inspect signage for damage
  • Inspect any allocated car parks
  • Check for fire system that may require isolation
  • Check floor coverings for damage
  • Check all doors for correct operation
  • Check all doorstops are functional
    • Doorstop was missing in Ultra sound room 1, which had caused damage to the wall, installed new door stop
  • Inspect walls for damage
    • Usual wear and tear to walls with scuffs and dents from chairs and trolleys etc
  • Check over joinery units for damage
  • Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
  • Check splash backs for water damage
  • Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
  • Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
  • Check for damaged ceiling tiles
    • There were a few moldy ceiling tiles in the Tomography room and one in the connecting corridor, replaced tiles with existing new tiles found in cupboard
  • Check all lights are functioning
