Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
- Deidre and I did discuss where wall protection needs to be installed to prevent ongoing damage
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
- Lubricate and tighten toilet door handle opposite x-ray 1
Check all doorstops are functional
Inspect walls for damage
- Repaint all walls where necessary due to wear and tear Repaint common area in corridor as well this was a different colour than the practice i.e. antique white
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Replaced mouldy silicon in two toilets vanity basins outside x-ray 1 and 3
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
Check all lights are functioning
- Lights need replacing in ultrasound waiting room and OPG room due to yellowing 4 in total

External Areas	excellent	Queensland X-ray signage in excellent condition landscapers currently putting red bark in gardens. Every thing looks very neat and tidy.

Water damage wooden windowsill in ultrasound room two and three all swollen with moisture damage. Whilst the external windows remain leaking there is not much point replacing the timber, unless we were replace it with a piece of stone that wouldn't be affected by water. Please advise if this preferred. Ultimately its a Body Corp issue as its a external window.	$880 +gst for both rooms	Required
