1	Water damage wooden windowsill in ultrasound room two and three all swollen with moisture damage. Whilst the external windows remain leaking there is not much point replacing the timber, unless we were replace it with a piece of stone that wouldn't be affected by water. Please advise if this preferred. Ultimately its a Body Corp issue as its a external window.		Actioned Required
