Introduction to practice manager
Address any practice manager concerns
- Practice manager requested if we could paint ceiling in x-ray 1 as it has a lot of dirty marks on it and take another look at computer topography entrance door as it does not close properly Kenny has tried to fix this in the past. None of these items were fixed in this maintenance routine
Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Paint fence and concrete at entrance due to old flower box being removed
Inspect signage for damage
Inspect any allocated car parks
Check for fire system that may require isolation
Check floor coverings for damage
Check all doors for correct operation
- Computed topography door needs attention
Check all doorstops are functional
Inspect walls for damage
- Paint all walls due to wear and tear
Check over joinery units for damage
Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
Check splash backs for water damage
Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Remove old silicon and replace with new in staff toilet shower room
Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
Check for damaged ceiling tiles
- X-ray one ceiling tiles are not damaged but very discoloured these were not replaced yet
Check all lights are functioning
- Dimmer switch knobs missing still functional Sourcing replacement knobs

KC, inspected CT entrance doors and frame require replacement to fix properly separate quote to be provided once shielding requirement's are confirmed		Actioned
