    • We came to the practice the day before we were to start to meet Sarah and introduce ourselves and discuss the scope of work and time frame, Sarah was on holiday so we spoke to Taylor

  • Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • Inspect signage for damage
  • Inspect any allocated car parks
  • Check for fire system that may require isolation
  • Check floor coverings for damage
  • Check all doors for correct operation
  • Check all doorstops are functional
    • Door stop in ambulant toilet was loose
  • Inspect walls for damage
    • Usual wear & tear, scuff marks , small holes and damage to unprotected corner edges
  • Check over joinery units for damage
  • Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
  • Check splash backs for water damage
  • Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
  • Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
  • Check for damaged ceiling tiles
  • Check all lights are functioning

Compare to other practices we have painted this one was not up to the standard of cleanliness. Floors were very dirty and dust on all skirtings have included a few photos and have mentioned it to practice manager at the time. Actioned
