  • Introduction to practice manager
  • Address any practice manager concerns
    • Was shown water damage ceilings that requires some attention
  • Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • Inspect signage for damage
  • Inspect any allocated car parks
  • Check for fire system that may require isolation
  • Check floor coverings for damage
  • Check all doors for correct operation
  • Check all doorstops are functional
    • Add two new doorstops to level three women’s toilet
  • Inspect walls for damage
    • Repaint walls where needed
  • Check over joinery units for damage
    • Cupboard door edging lifting due to heat from coffee machine on level three lunchroom This was glued back down
  • Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
  • Check splash backs for water damage
  • Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
  • Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
  • Check for damaged ceiling tiles
    • There were six ceiling tiles that were replaced due to water staining
  • Check all lights are functioning
    • Two bulbs replaced in level three lunchroom
