PATCH AND PAINT TASKS

  • Introduction to practice manager
    • Introduced ourselves and said we were painting today she was surprised did not know we were starting today
  • Address any practice manager concerns
    • Was showing damage to walls caused by stainless steel trolley and rubbish bins so we suggested wall protection to be applied to these areas. Actioned
  • Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
  • Inspect signage for damage
  • Inspect any allocated car parks
  • Check for fire system that may require isolation
  • Check floor coverings for damage
  • Check all doors for correct operation
  • Check all doorstops are functional
    • Fit A doorstop too architrave were laundry trolley is parked daily to prevent further damage
  • Inspect walls for damage
    • Repaint most of walls due stuff marks and dents
  • Check over joinery units for damage
  • Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
  • Check splash backs for water damage
  • Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
  • Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition
  • Check for damaged ceiling tiles
    • One ceiling tile in the lunchroom needed replacing it has a hole in it.
  • Check all lights are functioning
