13			Skirting board in reception by sliding door needs replacing due to constant scraping by automatic door. Skirting was replaced with 1mm flat version so scraping no longer occurs.
14			Joinery doors behind reception had missing or dislodged edge strip casing them not to operate correctly, all rectified.
15			2x symmetrical pin boards installed in admin area behind reception
16			2x Aluminum stops installed doors to cover and protect chipped edges from beds.
