- Teniesha the practice manager showed us some ceiling tiles in lunchroom and above bed and recovery room that she hoped to get replaced as they were very dirty and stained.
- Inspect exterior perimeter of practice where applicable
- Inspect signage for damage
- Inspect any allocated car parks
- Check for fire system that may require isolation
- Check floor coverings for damage
- Check all doors for correct operation

- Repaint most of the walls
- Check over joinery units for damage
- Check inside each cabinet for water leaks
- Check splash backs for water damage
- Check all silicone to splash backs, basins, sinks
- Check soap and hand towel dispenser condition

- Replace ceiling tiles due to it having stains on them
